Hi! I’m Stephanie O’Brien.
I’m here to show you that finding your purpose, your ‘why’, and living it can change your life, your happiness and your career.
Because it changed mine.
In my 20’s, I was miserable.
I chose to follow the “path” society laid out for me and became a social worker.
It was what I was told I would be good at. And it sounded good enough to me. I had the compassion and loved to help people.
My entire life I’d been the kind of person who could stay up with someone until 4am, talking about their dreams, their goals and their plans.
So I spent 4 years in college, got my degree and went into my “dream job”, with $50K in student debt.
Little did I know it wasn’t anything like I thought it would be.
It didn’t take long for me to realize this wasn’t where I wanted to be. This was when I had a “quarter life” crisis.
I was angry and miserable. I felt betrayed by the “life plan” society, my family and my friends had laid out for me. I got to the point where I asked “this is it?”
I felt guilty. I felt stuck. I felt so bad for wanting something else, something greater, something better for myself.
Quite frankly, I knew very few adults who loved their work and liked what they did.
I had the sinking Sunday night feeling where I felt sick to my stomach knowing I had to go back to the 9 to 5 for the next 5 days. I couldn’t take it anymore.
Not knowing what to do, I attended a seminar.
Not knowing it would change my life.
I went to a conference led by Dan Miller founder of 48 Days. It changed my life. It was when I finally found the moment I thought,
“I was made for this.”
Coaching was something I’d been doing my entire life. I just had no idea it was a real job.
I realized that life is so much different when you’re following your purpose. And the moment you have your breakthrough – that’s a moment worth living for.
And I realized something big…
If you want to really know what you’re made for, the unique purpose that drives you and makes you thrive in life – you HAVE to know yourself. More often than not, unlocking that ‘a-ha’ moment means following a bunch of steps to get to it.
It comes with a lot of roadblocks.
Fear. Confusion. Disbelief in yourself. Difficulty knowing what you want. More difficulty knowing how to get it.
But purpose, and the path to it, is hard to identify on your own. I definitely didn’t do it all myself, and I don’t think you should either. My absolute best key to purpose and my weapon against fear became my coach and my community.
Since then I’ve helped dozens of people ‘break free’ to their breakthrough. In their life, in their job and in their mind. I’ve helped people break down the things that were holding them back, and kick fear where it hurts, as well as become completely self-sufficient doing work they were in love with.
I have the crazy idea that you – and everyone else – have a God given purpose on this earth. And, in working with dozens and dozens of remarkable people, it’s only made that even clearer to me.
If you’re not happy right now, you’re simply not living it.
I’ve helped burned out “hopeless” individuals transition from the 9-to-5 they hated to thriving in their own businesses.
I’ve helped others stumble upon the light bulb moment that changed their lives: the moment they realized what their purpose really was.
And I’ve learned that discovering your purpose takes work, and it’s not easy.
But it’s a lot better than living a life you hate, working a job you can’t stand or being stuck in a toxic relationship with yourself. You can find your purpose by understanding your unique wiring, digging deep with someone who knows how, moving through your fears… and it’s a lot easier to do when you have someone who sees the blank spaces you can’t. It’s the one key that unlocks your purpose to clarity, growth and evolvement.
If you’re stuck, I’ll help you get unstuck.
If you don’t know where you’re headed, or where you want to go, I’ll help you find it.
If you’re living for another second and not loving every minute of your life, you need to get your purpose breakthrough.
Wherever you are, I’ll meet you there.
Let’s discover your purpose and find your wings.
