Beginning in high school, Michael spent ten years shackled by fear and insecurity. Panic attacks kept him home from school, fear silenced him in class and lack of confidence told him to play it safe. He was a fraction of the person he could have been. His grades, musical potential, athletic ability, relationships and future all suffered greatly. Fear owned his life and he did not know what to do. His anxiety was so severe that he considered death to be a better alternative than having to suffer his whole life. He was hopeless.
His rescue came in the form of… tragedy. He watched a friend fall two stories to death on a construction site. The memory of seeing his friend’s parents pain will never leave his mind. It’s the same memory that gave him the strength to save two family friends from drowning. He discovered something about himself that day. There was strength and courage in him.
The more he tells his story, the more he finds that fear rules the lives of so many. Life doesn’t have to be wasted. Don’t wait for tragedy or loss to awaken you to the life you were made for. He have committed his life to helping men conquer fear and go after the life they were meant to live. Everyone has an epic story that’s waiting to be lived. He help men take massive action toward living that story.
