A Gallup poll done in 2013 revealed that nearly 80% of Americans hate their jobs. This has devastating effects on the economy- costing approximately $500 BILLION in lost productivity, stolen goods, and lost work days each year.
I find these statistics tragic- and that is exactly why I love helping to change this. Fulfillment is a missing ingredient in the people who stated they hate their job. It is a common myth that in order to find fulfillment in your work that you have to take a significant pay cut. I’ll discuss with you how you can have both fulfillment and a good income doing what you love.
Here are 5 Ways to Find Fulfillment in Your Work:
- Answer the question: “If I received a $7 million dollar inheritance today, what would I do with my time/life?”
- Write down a list of things that MUST be present in your work.
- Notice any area of tension, doubt, limited thinking and unbelief that came into your mind during these exercises.
- If you found yourself dreaming, but not necessarily believing- find someone that is doing what you dream of doing one day.
- You need to take action.
